Sustainable Construction

An important role in future development is played by construction and the built environment. The
construction and operation of buildings are a burden on the environment and therefore these
burdens should be reduced as much as possible.
For sustainability in architecture there are decisive criteria:
– The relationship of the plan with the place and purpose of the building.
– The modern and special form of the designed building.
– Easily usable and useful structures.
– The strength of the load-bearing organism and specialists.
– The quality and durability of the materials used.
– Flexibility within the frame work of the created use.
– The ability to change use in case of emergency.
